Working extremely hard under technical restrictions, lack of creativity, bureaucracy, lack of mentorship due to tight deadlines all around

Working with clients across multiple industries in constantly evolving platforms lends itself to interesting/varied work and constant learning/growth, but also comes with a quicker pace that isn’t for everyone.
