Pros

The pros are the people you work with, it's a growing company, and there is job security. Great company to work for fresh out of school.

Cons

The bonus system is not based on merit. Your bonus depends on how much your clients spend, which fluctuates every month.

Pros

ROI is a great company with talented people. Although the work is mostly independent, there is a great community culture due to the willingness of team members to help one another. The CEO is extremely friendly and motivating.

Cons

Low flexibility with number of hours worked per week and working from home. Pay isn't as competitive as it could be, considering we only hire the "best" of applicants. The job can often seem stressful, which is typical for a job that revolves around hitting client goals. Most the the pressure is external (coming from clients) rather than internal (coming from management).
