True innovation comes from a variety of beliefs and people, and while it doesn't seem to be a problem now, it may present itself as an issue later on.

Work-life balance can be difficult at times. Some weeks are much busier than others, so you have to be prepared to sometimes put in extra hours of work. It's sometimes hard to balance all of the needs and wants of multiple clients, plus client calls and reporting. In terms of the company, I do wish the 401k had a higher matching rate. Even though it is on par with many other companies, my previous employer matched at a higher rate.
