Pros

Company breakfast each day Dedicated CEO

Cons

Standardized tests are the first step of the application process. Unfortunately I've seen so many amazing candidates come for their interest, take those exams, and leave to never come back because they "don't fit the persona". Its silly, and its obvious that all of the employees there are SO similar. I fear that they will soon experience a peak in growth because their innovation is all on the same mindset. It is really too bad.

Pros

Flexible hours, interesting work, company works to educate employees.

Cons

The business operates to maximize the amount of clients an analyst can handle while giving the best services. Some analysts have clients with great business models for PPC and great clients, others can have poor business models and difficult clients and there isn't much you can do about this. Not really something that the management can control necessarily.

Pros

Definitely one of the most thorough interviews I've ever had! I went through a total of five meetings/interviews with HR and everyone was very nice. They asked great, thoughtful questions and want to make sure that they are hiring the absolute best. It was also the first interview I had for a real job and they did a great job of making sure I felt comfortable and at ease.

Cons

After one of the interviews, they gave me a 100+ page book and asked me to read it before I came in for my next interview a week later. It was an interesting book, but not terribly convenient. I was a college senior at the time about to begin finals and finishing my senior thesis, so it was very difficult for me to make time to do an in depth reading of the book.
