Fun environment and great location. Employees are given as much responsibility as they can handle. Everyone is nice and eager to help. Great work experience

Pros

Fun corporate culture, company is willing to give you as much responsibility and exposure as you can handle, flat organizational structure that gives you access to the entire company.

Cons

Below market pay because management feels there is a significant intangible value to living in Southern California vs SF or NYC. Investment banking department is the highest on the totem pole and receives most of the capital resources for employees, travel, etc. Other departments (sales, research) seem to be viewed as a necessary evil and compensated as such.
