Where do I begin.... Interns are paid only minimum wage, with many of the interns possess an MBA or MSF degree. There is very little to no upward progression opportunities for those at entry level positions to move to full time positions and instead the interns are led on for 6+ months at this company. Interns typically work much more than minimum wage and are never paid overtime but are advised to take "some extra time off." There is absolutely no attempt to keep any talent and many work 3-5 months before jumping ship for better positions that will pay 3x what they get at ROTH. Be prepared for a bait and switch at every level of this firm. Absolutely no community or team feel, and please believe every negative review on Glassdoor, they are all unfortunately true.
