Chiller culture, needs more training + mentorship for new hires

Pros

Relatively friendly people, and better work-life balance than you'd see in most investment banks (lower compensation as a result though).

Cons

Not as much training as you'd get at a larger bank. NY office is much smaller than the CA office so you don't get to see most of your peer group from the company.
