Great environment, free coffee, 'unlimited pto' but will fire you if you attempt to use it.

Cons

Carrier sales is a dead end job. No opportunity for growth. You will spend 90% of your day sending emails getting basic tasks approved instead of productive work and then be penalized for it. Carrier sales leadership loves to micromanage.

Flexible schedules, pay can be decent depending on the role, they do currently have great co-workers to be around.

Cons

Chaotic and untrustworthy leadership, to be promoted properly you better have a family member at one of their customers, and if they let you go good luck getting severance or UIA assistance.
