I've been at Rpm in sales for almost two years and it's been fun making some money. The people are really good people - oh that includes "managers" and owners. RO is a perfect location.
Cons
Let's be real - every work place has its challenges. But come on people, Rpm is a special place. Yes our commission changed. We were all part of the mtg, we know why it was done...it's a joke if you think it's a money grab by the head honchos. You clearly didn't listen or understand. News flash I've lived thru other commission changes here and SURVIVED. Am I rich? I wish. But I make decent money and it pays the bills and I still get to play. The previous comment was personal (btw, that's a pretty crappy existence for that person) but I came from a competitor - we have it pretty damn good. Our owners are cool guys and put a lot of $$$ in the place...ummmm - look around, hello?!?! Someone's else's perceived misery ain't mine. Microphone drop plz.
