Laid back culture, very high commissions, autonomy, a lot of promotion from within, fast growing company with a lot of opportunities

Cons

Every place has their quirks but I can't say there was anything major. It definitely isn't a quiet environment though which is high-energy and good for moral but sometimes distracting.

Pros

Not really any, awful experience. Very few people are nice and there is a lot of bullying. People who work here are caddy and management is awful, loud and immature. Not professional in any way.

Cons

Disorganized, not good people, they lie, cheat, and do shady things. Leadership is extremely immature and brag about going out and spending money at bars, clubs, frat parties, and parting. Not a serious environment to grow a career or take seriously. The people are rude and very caddy not a team environment at all.
