      Pros

      - RPM is growing. Right now, there is a lot of opportunity to grow with it. - Management is willing to entertain new ideas, to a point. - Relaxed dress code (flip flops & pj's are common) - Mostly competent and friendly employees make for great networking & mentoring opportunities

      Cons

      - The open office plan, in-office music, and TV's scattered around the office make for a distracting work environment. - Lack of diversity in management team sometimes leads to tone-deaf correspondence

      What a joke.

      Pros

      Met a lot of good people. Cool beverage machine.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. The executive team should just move to Vegas and start a new magic show at one of the casinos they frequent because that is all they are good at. Smoke and mirrors. They don’t care about anyone at all. Commissions keep getting cut, the best leaders have all either quit or have been removed for earning too much, and the current employee base is overworked and very under appreciated. Have a family? Not at RPM. Sick? Not at RPM. Don’t even get me started on the harassment or lack of anyone to go to about it since there is no HR and everything gets swept under the rug.

      The employees that actually work

      Cons

      CEO and President. Commission structure constantly changed for the benefit of two people. Owner bought a 150K Porsche while getting rid of his best earners and then didn't pay money owed. Spent another 150K on a Vegas trip at Hakkasan while he lied about an expansion that never happened. What happened to third floor expansion? What about RPM Tow Systems? Stay away from this company its a fraudulent company, they dont pay their carriers. Do a little research its easy to find. Or just ask someone who works there, I promise they are not happy.

      One of the things we value at RPM is our open door policy for our employees to share their experiences (good or bad), provide clarification regarding certain situations, and get meaningful feedback in order to continually improve our operations and culture.
