RPM operates with high energy, is driven by its unique culture and provides a great environment for professional and personal growth. It's a great place to learn and grow as a team; while feeling encouraged to grow in an entrepreneurial way. RPM invests in its people, which encourages each team member to invest in RPM. It's a great place to work, grow and have a lot of fun while you do.

Cons

It's not a con, but it's fast paced - which isn't always the best fit for everyone. You have to be a self-starter, driven, passionate and show a willingness to produce beyond even your own expectations.
