Pros

Great coworkers and good culture if you are able to take the time to enjoy it.

Cons

Half of the management team act like this position they hold is the cool kids table in high school and it is gossip hour. They provide such a tiny amount of actual value to the company while taking the praise of other peoples accomplishments. And when trying to convey this is a problem to the CTO he plays it off an confirms things are in motion to right these wrongs while he turns around and literally spills the beans to the individual in question during confesion. Taking a job here would be actively choosing to watch your career to stagnate out because there are no efforts given unless the people involved see how it can benefit their own perception there. And if you take the position don't be surprised when they hold pay and to pretend your things in office were their property because they could care less about giving you things you worked for.

Pros

Fun culture, a lot of people in their 20s/30s Work events/parties were very entertaining Decent pay at first

Cons

Low retention rate. Some people leave the company just as fast as they came. Training could use more work. They don't really set you up for success. Higher ups definitely play favorites and hand out promotions to less deserving colleagues. Lots of workplace politics and shadiness. Be prepared for your back to be stabbed. They lead you to believe you will earn commission sooner than you actually do. They make it seem like it is given after a certain amount of time, then when the time comes, they say it must be earned. Lastly, there are many more males than females. In my opinion, the women aren't treated with as much respect. Be prepared to not be taken very seriously and to get unwanted attention from male coworkers.
