You can drink at lunch and on the job which is necessary because it is essentially prison

Cons

The owners say they care but don't, expect you to work around the clock with no regard for anyone's family or personal life, they only hire attractive people which I was told by the COO, the executives will promise clients anything even if it means putting employees at a disadvantage, extremely sexist, fire people for no reason, stole clients to get started, threaten people to get them to work harder, make promises they don't keep, this list could go on and on.

Cool office. Laid back. Can’t think of anything else

Cons

Commission structure is terrible. If you make the company 5,000 to 9500 in gross profit they pay you 1 percent of that. They say they have the most lucrative commission structure in the industry which is a lie. Not a good base salary. Don’t waste your time here you won’t make money for the first 2 years except your base salary of 30,000 to 35,000. They also want you to work from 7:30 to 5:30. Stay away.
