      Good health insurance and lack of dress code

      Cons

      No HR, Management doesn’t care about employees, everyone is overworked and underpaid, and it’s a very political workplace - you always have to watch your back.

      An owner that surrounded himself with questionable characters that embrace his real values (do research) and a culture and reputation based on fake reviews management forces employees to submit. (Just truth)
