RQM+ reviews

RQM+ used to be an amazing place to work. I loved it so much. Now, it is very much run like a temp agency. There is no job security for anyone. Management's motives are very unclear. They've laid off half the work force in counting. Compensation has not been updated to match the risk. Additional cons include: -Unclear promotion requirements -No bonuses or raises (even for cost of living) since 2022

When I started at this company, RQM+ was all about their culture and actually enforced it and I genuinely loved it, but now it's a total joke and while communication has been consistent, the messages have been very ambiguous, unclear, and/or misleading. I've never seen such an incompetent group of executives and directors in my career, so congratulations on running, what was a successful consulting business, into the ground - Splendid work! If this were an Olympic sport, this group is definitely winning gold. I'm predicting RQM+ won't even be a company within the next year considering all the layoffs happening. And, I can guanrantee you that any consultant still working here is actively seeking a more stable role elsewhere. Top talent has been laid off and is leaving willingly, RQM+ overcharges their clients for their services, which is why there aren't any incoming projects/signings.
