Pros

work from home - that is the only benefit

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. This company within a year has ran itself into the ground. All c suite has changed almost, of the 5 people that originally interviewed me, only 1 is still at the company. They have gotten rid of well over 50% of the company in the last year, and doesn’t seem like that will change anytime soon. Billable hours policy has run this company to the ground.

Pros

It is a global MedTech service provider focused on accelerating compliance and market success. They also offered full product lifecycle for Med Device and IVD companies.

Cons

This company is a sinking ship. You better get away from it to save yourself from an awful downfall. The management is doing a terrible job. The existing projects are ending soon and the arrogant management has failed to get new projects. Employees who work hard, take tons of stress, and put in brutal and exhausting hours get no appreciation. So, avoid wasting your efforts!

Going hybrid work system gave me time to breathe from management!

Cons

Office politics, favoritism, and discrimination made this a horrible workplace! Work atmosphere is toxic with insane managers enjoying making our lives miserable! Consider yourself lucky coz you've been warned. Now avoid!!
