Pros

The best reason to work at RQM+ is the PEOPLE! I love my team and also working cross functionally with other teams. The culture is a breath of fresh air. Good Benefits Career Growth, RQM+ Academy is amazing!

Pros

RQM+ has been a great place to work from the day I joined the team. I've found that input from all employees is valued, and managers are always willing to jump in to details to help when needed. There are opportunities to grow and learn in every role. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, to deliver high quality work, and to identify and implement process efficiencies.

Cons

The dynamic and fast-paced environment leads to ongoing change. For some, this could be viewed as a con. For others (like myself), this is viewed in a more positive way as it provides opportunities to work with amazing colleagues/teammates to create the best solution that is needed.
