Great teams

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Committed staff and teams working to support each other well.

Cons

Similar to all firms, the teams become overstretched at times which impacts on work/life balance and can create unnecessary pressure in a training/learning environment. This can leave some feeling like cannon fodder as if they have been harassed, but if you succeed then it can be a place to thrive, do well and progress.
