Pros

Exposure to clients, free drinks and fruit. Some chance of career progression, normally achieved by squeezing anything and everything out of you.

Cons

The company is reverting back to the previous horror show that was RSM Tenon. Smoke and Mirrors, failing senior management, significant staff turnover. RSM promotes itself as employed focussed. It's not.
