1) Unapproachable and less likely to recognize performance and capacity of employees. 2) Make people less inspired and underutilized. 3) Underestimate people ability and potential. 4) Favoring people who are more like them or stand and sit as per their instructions (TAS Team). 5) Open comparison between employees. 6) Robbing people's enthusiasm and purpose of work. 7) TAS team's manager tries to play God, killing employees self esteem. 8) It is said that it is a affiliate to RSM US LLP, but it is altogether a separate entity which has no direct connection with RSM US LLP. 8) lots of time is wasted in coordinating with US team to work 8) High bench time. 9) One sided feedback mechanism. 10) Small office with high level politics.
