We appreciate you listing our year-round program where associates have the option to leave at 2:30 on Friday. We are happy to offer that and believe it promotes work/life balance. We’ve not had a layoff during COVID, but in the past have right-sized when necessary. We also appreciate the advice to management. As a current manager in the organization, we’d welcome any additional insights you’d like to share with HR directly. Thank you.
