2yIt is great when associates provide feedback. Also great to see it from a supervisor. Thank you. Fun Fridays are popular for our non-plant associates – where the individual can choose to work an extra half-hour Monday through Thursday to work 8-2:30 on Fridays. That is a year-round benefit. The topic of meetings is a tough one. Some people prefer meetings to email and some are the opposite. We’ll try to find the right balance!
