Great potential, room for growth
Pros
- FUN FRIDAYS: getting to leave at 2:30 every Friday (will be hard to work anywhere else because of how awesome this perk was). - Great benefits, - Alternative start times, - Great co-workers, etc. - I felt that RTC had a great team of people who were creative and innovative and always looking out for what the latest and greatest thing is in the industry. I had never heard of RTC until I started working there and I was very much in awe of how much this company alone affects the everyday life of everyone in the US and around the world.
Cons
- Pay & Bonuses, I worked on a huge account but didn't feel that I got proper compensation. - Also felt that there was a ton of room to grow, but felt that transitioning into a new role was difficult because there was conflict between my old boss and new boss. I felt that my old boss wasn't very supportive of my promotion, which in turn put me in a hard place. - I felt that though overall the company was awesome, they definitely had some employees that were dead weight and that some departments could have been consolidated. - I also felt that there were some times when HR should have stepped in and set some ground rules- for example, one department had a "Chinese" party, where the department was served Chinese food and were encouraged to "dress up"...talk about inappropriate.
