Pros

Great products and generally great people. Benefits are fair and comprehensive.

Cons

I've never seen so many directors/sections managers/Sr managers for every organization. It seems bloated and stagnant since the merger in 2020. Sweeping changes come in waves, and frequently since 2023. PW + Collins would have been better off remaining UTC.

Pros

Good benefits Work life balance Interesting work Lots of resources

Cons

Bureaucracy and empty promises from corporate leaders (like moving away from remote work after promising more remote options/support) Can be switched around to different projects on a whim (the nature of contract work) Lots of outdated, bloated technology you can get stuck maintaining Sometimes no support and very little documentation for new devs trying to learn huge codebases
