      VERY INADEQUATE PROMOTION PROCEDURE Not much chance for career growth Extremely bad infastructure/IT (using very very very outdated software, for example Lotus Notes as a mail client!?!?!) Very Limited Training Budgets Too many fragmented overlapping processes to allow open thinking and creativity
