      Wide variety of tasks Different jobs cycle often, keeps it interesting Knowledgeable coworkers

      Disorganized management Billable hours often used up during design reviews, then creates headaches later when filling out time sheets.

      Pros

      If you are really ambitious then you can make the most out of your experience there. I started out as just sort of a low level tech support person, and rose to be one of the top engineers in my group, all within the span of a few years

      Cons

      Shouldn't have to threaten to quit to get a raise, need to work on getting rid of dead weight faster, as it shouldn't take years to fire an incompetent person.

      OK place to work. Took us for Christmas lunch.

      Cons

      Worked on a big government project - Management recruited external company to find areas to improve within team. External person was quite rude and very bossy. The whole team was not happy about this. ( a lot of micromanagement too).
