Pros
the salary is pretty good for defense. The work is slow if you like that. They use a 9/80 schedule and they are pretty flexible if you need to take time off during the week. Lots of areas to work your way into if you are unhappy with current position.
Cons
management, saturated market, management....slow pace! They just seem to bounce you around with little or no support or supervision. Then they are expected to evaluate your work. That cant be done if they do not even know what you did.
