      Pros

      Some nice co-workers. 9/80 work schedule is nice. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Very political. Promotions and pays raises are doled out to "favored" employees, these are not necessarily the most effective or productive. Big diversity push. "minorities", this includes women in the engineering organizations, are pushed ahead of more experienced employees. If you are a white anglo male, tough luck.
