      Pros

      they have good pay compared to other companies and the benefits are good as well. just like any other company doing contract work, you don't know if you have a job around the end of the money year.

      Cons

      leadership, leadership, leadership. it is the hole in the side of the boat. they hire ex-officers who have no idea what they are doing and thus bring the entire team down. the company will hire you for one job and expect you to perform 3 or 4 more jobs on top of that. These are also jobs that normally have a higher salary too.
