The medical choices and coverage will not support even minor medical therapies. You can expect to spend several hours on the phone after every appointment and prescription refill request with the insurance company, your doctors, and your pharmacists trying to negotiate a deal for comprosied care wthin the bounds of the insurance plans. Also, men and women are not treated equally. Hard-nosed men are rewarded and exalted. Stong women are told to "not be so demanding"
