Pros

Large IPP, financially secure, hard to get fired if that's what you're looking for

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic, politics and infighting are daily occurrences. Management is overworked, and their goals are not aligned with development of people. Very little transparency on decision making. Overall a toxic work environment.

Pros

Company culture used to be great, went downhill fast. Smart, experienced, easy to work with employees at the lower levels. Interesting work.

Cons

Overbearing managers don’t empower employees to make decisions. Lots of finger pointing, micromanaging and blame. Return to office policy not equally applied to all employees. High turnover recently.

Declining morale

Pros

- Bonuses are good - Offices are nice but loud - Some lower level people are really nice/smart (but many of these have been fired)

Cons

-Pay is not always market average and annual raises are small even for top performers - It’s very difficult to get more FTEs so you’ll end up having a huge work load for a long time, and then get no recognition - You need to make a business case for everything, even safety related requirements - Management doesn’t care about most employees. Transparency is non-existent and direction changes all the time with no explanation
