Management change in 2021- really took the morale down. At a time when nurses are at a premium, Cooperman Barnabas decided to be obnoxious. Very self centered leadership team, especially the COO

-Give or take 95% of patients are not a problem. -Most fellow techs and monitors are friendly. -Discount at bistro and cafeteria.

Cons

-VERY VERY detrimental to your health. If you are not an active person expect a decline in you health. -You pay for your own insurance that doesn't even cover basic ER visits. -Minimum wage pay. Not a job if you have your own place and have bills. Best for young adults who still live at home and have no responsibilities. -New changes to PTO, Sick and Call-Out guidelines are in favor to the employer. Employee health and happiness is no longer a primary focus or consideration. ONLY 4 call outs a year allowed with a note. -Scatter minded upper management. -No recognition. -No over time allowed -No incentives.

Managers ask you to speak up about concerns and when you do they’re all hunting you down for meetings and asking questions and not really caring about your concerns. I’ve had 9 patients at once. Very unsafe assignments. They leave you with 8 psych patients and no help
