Huge focus on growth both internally and externally. Continued buy-in from leadership. Ability to learn and understand different sides of the business being under your own P&L branch(s). Room for growth both laterally and vertically. I have the support from my superiors to learn, grow and execute on my responsibilities, and also have the trust and buy-in from them. It has been an exciting time to get to look under the hood from a different lense now that we are in a P&L branch model and this will help me tremendously in growing as a well-rounded leader in both people and performance leadership.

Still looking trying to find the greener grass on the other side since the acquisition.

Cons

Migration since taking over Coyote has been nothing short of a nightmare circus, from software migration, to communication, to tech, the list goes on.

Pros

Good benefits Repetitive Tasks Depending on which department you’re in, depends on how you like the company. CSRs are part of RXO 3PL partnerships with big box brands like Costco and Home Depot. It is an easy job.

Cons

Sometimes the 3PL partnerships with these brands feel one side. Which is normal. HR is slow for hiring. Quick with HR violations.
