Honestly, I couldn't be happier working here. From day one, I've felt like there’s so much room to grow and learn, and that hasn’t changed. The leadership team genuinely cares and is always there to help you improve and succeed. We’ve got some amazing tools and support that really set you up for success. It’s just a great place to work—motivating, positive, and full of good people.

Cons

Things move fast here, which is exciting but might feel overwhelming at first if you're new to the industry. There’s a strong focus on performance, which is motivating but not for someone looking to coast. Processes and priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability is key
