      -Very Challenging if you can't handle Stress/Work Load -Pay isn't very good

      Well know name with 5 star properties

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay, long hours, poor benefits and pto, animosity between long term employees and new hires. New hires pay significantly more for their benefits than long time employees. HR and senior management only cares about money, not the employees. Hire turnover rates.
