Pros

Professional well run company, they don't micromanage, growing company, high pay for those that have experience for it. If you feel you're underpaid that means you're replaceable. The ones they want to keep are paid well for this industry. Become someone they want to keep! Summer Friday's are great.

Cons

Benefits are a joke. Nowhere close to the other Class A firms in commercial real estate. PTO is also a joke. I'm now at 5 weeks PTO(new company). If you have a understanding boss you can get away with more time. But who wants to twists arms for days off?!?! You know this is a problem, you know your employees are not happy with this. Benefits are truly a joke.

There are no pros for working with RXR besides Summer Fridays. Don’t let the name fool you.

Cons

My boss was a racist. Every week at least one person has left since I left.

I have nothing nice to say about RXR.

Cons

toxic office environment. Construction execs have no construction experience. Don't let the name RXR suck you in. It is not a good company at all.
