This has been the worst work experience ever endured. As previous reviews mentioned if you have chosen to come to work for this company be prepared for: An extreme amount of gossip and a permanent throwing you under the bus He said She said "on a daily basis". Unfair and very hostile environment you better agree or else may be your last day. Country club type of "buddy buddy" when you are not in the club prepare to be in fear not knowing if today is your last day fear fear fear. Piers will wait until you make that mistake to take you to trial "literally" no guidance no heads up no communication the intimidation is on - fear the fist. A multi-billion company that will not provide you with job-site office supplies as were not in the budget for the job - What? prepare to provide your own printer/ ink and your own drawing set as it was not included in the budget. CFO fired employees on the spot for not knowing who is He or not pressing the elevator button as demanded immediately by Him - as this is my building you do what I tell you. Sweat and tears over-nights weekends long hours hard work will not be appreciated, really big Egos really big personalities ready to step on you in order to advance in their career. there is no team work - be prepared to be thrown in to a mess already established in which you will be the scapegoat. You and only you will be the responsible while your team is sipping margaritas at the roof tops enjoying the gossip while you are over-night to deliver. really bad environment, not even mentioning career advancement DON'T even think about it.
