There are multiple clicks, and if you are not with the in-crowd, your work life there will be horrible.

Pretty building with nice plants

The management is very unprofessional. There is someone milking the company with fake overtime.Some one is not working the hours she is submitting. Also someone has her husband come in who does not work at the company to help do PTO time cards for the year that show all employees social security numbers. The husband does not work for the company . Also lets talk about how someone takes naps in their office during company time. Someone paints their finger nails during company time. Some managers talk to employees like they are nothing.

Pros

Great experience in terms of exposure to many different facets of commercial real estate: Investment, Leasing, Accounting, Development, Design, etc. The people are very friendly and easy to work with, but the bench can be a little short, meaning you work late often if you're in a financial capacity.

Cons

HQ is in Uniondale, Long Island Relatively low starting pay
