Pretty much everything. I basically came with the building so unless I wanted to be unemployed, I had no choice but to be employed by RXR Realty. I spent all my spare time applying to other jobs. I couldn't have gotten out of there quick enough! When they buy your building and you start working for them, they say it will be an easy transition and not much will change. WRONG. Everything changed, I was expected to make an abundant amount of changes within the first hour of the closing. Unreal expectations. Awful upper management "You can't sit with us" mentality. Rude and appalling HR department. Mostly everyone I came into contact with from the LI office are just terrible, mean spirited people who can't be bothered to help the newcomers. Also, they need to get rid of their construction portion of the company. WHAT A JOKE. Not one competent person working in that department, it is a complete embarrassment to their organization. They salary, bonuses and raises are also a joke. Not within industry standards and not worth anyone's time. You get the point. RXR Realty is good at one thing. Buying and selling buildings. They care about making money they do not care about the minions doing all of the work! Lastly, there are ZERO women in upper management. Zero! none! Null! Zip! WTF is up with that? Get with the times RXR!
