Pros

Rapidly growing company - one of the most prolific landlords to work for in all of New York City. Fantastic properties in general.

Cons

There is an ultimate exclusive "boys club" that is impossible to break into. They treat all people outside of this elite group like garbage. No room for growth - terrible compensation. Bonuses are capped.

Pros

Great company, although management needs to give thorough direction to their support staff. Benefits are good, their retirement package could be upgraded.

Cons

Growth/advancement isn't possible Could be more organized during the cross training process Consider compensating employees when working over time
