      They are an up and coming company, People are nice.There is room to grow

      They need more experienced people working for them, Do not think about the people that work for them

      Good company to have on your resume

      Pros

      This is a great company name to have on your resume. Some departments have excellent talent if you are lucky enough to work with them. Growing very fast and name is recognized and respected throughout industry. If you put in the hard work and long hours, there is opportunity for advancement. Summer Fridays are a nice perk.

      Cons

      Medical insurance could be better, poor dental plan, no matching 401K, no tax free transit reimbursement, flat raises, no tuition reimbursement unless budgeted the year before. Poor communication between departments.
