      Pros

      Great, smart people who really care about the clients. Knowledge base is terrific, laid back atmosphere in the Racker support world.

      Cons

      Very immature decision making, lots of good ol' boy networking, so if you aren't in the club..you're out. Sales culture is pretty unrealistic and turnover is over 50% a year-worst that I had ever experienced. Had lots of potential before, all that has changed with new management that panders to leaders, they are total "yes" men.

      Pros

      We have a good tag-line and our customers seem to buy into Fanatical Support. Rackers are nice and the Castle is pleasant.

      Cons

      The more butt you kiss, the higher you'll make it up the ladder. This even holds true if you don't actually do anything except run around sucking up all day. The people who are actually working hard can't move up because all the 'upward' spots are filled with brown nosers. People are extremely territorial and don't actually care what other people can add to the conversation unless it's going to directly benefit their ability to kiss more butt. You work really hard and don't get compensated well for it. I will say, at least it's work that I enjoy doing which helps.
