      Pros

      Good place to cut your teeth, lots of challenging projects, some great teammates, and I really liked the coffee.

      Cons

      No accountability at any level, mediocrity or worse is enabled by middle management, no incentive to excel and no recognition to those who do, no real career pathing (just lots of lateral move possibilities).

      Pros

      Technology! If you want to be close to technology, this is the place.

      Cons

      There is a large gap between what executive leadership is thinking is happening and what is actually happening. They move quick on some things but slow on the important things. Insurance and 401K are weak. Not going to retire on this 401k program. VERY political company. They call it "relationship based" but it really just means favoritism and company sanctioned politics.

      It seems that the company is trying to find itself, which is better than what they have been doing in the past.

      Cons

      -no competitive pay for the work you are expected to due -middle management has no idea how to manage people -senior people leaving, but getting mediocre people in return
