Pros

Good pay, good benefits. The most family oriented work environment you've never seen. Very hospitable place. Flexible, caters to my school schedule.

Cons

Many. Unrealistic opportunity for advancement. Unrealistic expectations (slow databases and tedious tasks with unrealistic time frames). It's heavily metrics based, quantity over quality but management will tell you otherwise. Micromanagement. Many empty company promises. No real direction. Insufficient training. Constant changes in the way the company operates. The patient is subject to an inconsistent, unreliable, and unresponsive billing system. Ignorance is rampant.
