Pros

Health benefits are really good. Free radiology and semi lost cost in premiums. I don’t have 20 words to write here so just filling space ...........

Cons

Everything else! They treat their employees like slaves and want us to be robotic at all times. Very micro managed, resembling a sweat shop. We have to eat certain foods, talk or not talk at certain times, can only use the bathrooms every so often. I’m pretty sure prison is better than this place.

Pros

My Coworkers. They were like family. Some of them have been working with LHR for over 20yrs. They were very helpful and answered your questions without problems.

Cons

Unfortunately a lot of the supervisors were let go when Lenox Hill Radiology was taken over by Radnet. These supervisors were experienced and had a relationship with The referring Doctors and Patients. But that did not matter to Radnet they were replaced with Supervisors that did not know the industry and how to supervise. They are a company based in California but when they took over LHR in New York, many changes where made in the way the facility worked that made it harder for the customers, and the staff. Which frustrated everyone. Which lead to a lot of Doctors refusing to refer to LHR. They are loosing clients. New York is a very competitive place and if you cannot provide really good services customers will go else where.
