3 12's or whatever schedule you desire they will try to give it to you. Can learn a lot here and work on different machines. Management is very hands off.

You will be worked to the bone. If you can't handle volume beware. Management is very hands off.

The busiest place you will ever work and it will still not be enough, the pay isn't great. They want you in every modality under the sun to cover . Don't ever say no to a late patient they will chew your head off.
