Pros

I do not believe there was one pro except working at home 3 days week.

Cons

Awful managers. Blame all their disorganization on employees. Overload of work and unrealistic expectations. Their values are not followed at all. It is all lip service to try to look good. Was so relieved when I left. Awful environment. Burnout happens quickly and can't ever recover. Stay away!

Pros

Organized and managers are nice

Cons

They will spy on you at all times. You're forced to be on camera at all times, even when remote and they have someone watching your every move. There is a point system if you don't sign in even if you have computer issues. It's very strange.

Pros

Good quality equipment and technology. Reading positive reviews about yourself on google. Radiologists are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Extreme micromanaging, no trust in staff to do their job. Ego. Managements need to control your area expertise, often attempting to override patient safety via making up their own rules outside of policy. Management not qualified to manage. Management no experience in MRI due to PSR only experience. Do to this clinics remote only manager they will monitor you like a lab rat under the camera. It's perceived they may even use camera to listen to your conversations. 4 techs and 3 PSRs gone in less than a year under same manager. No positive feedback at all just un-constructive criticism. Track inaccurate data on scan time not consistent with scanner times to complain via Webex or phone calls to complains about previous scan times while actively scanning patients. Demand you to answer video chat while actively scanning. No Medical assistant help. Lead techs suck up to management to help create a negative and false narrative against you. Will use other staff to support that narrative to assert their own power ego because they are incompetent and under qualified is a last ditch effort to regain their control over you.

Pros

Great team, nice facility, easy going patients, great radiologist to work alongside, hours are good, great environment, manager is very nice.

Cons

Heavy patient load, promote based on seniority not qualifications so if you want to move up in the company you need to know people. Staffing shortage. Very diverse tech and front desk staff but no diversity in management.

Pros

Co workers, job location, co workers

Cons

I worked at radnet corp. in LA a few years ago and I will say it was the worst job I ever had and caused me so much trauma that until this I refuse to ever work under any management or under any other person. The first few months working there were fine and I for the most part enjoyed it until my manager at the time for some odd reason started to bully me. I mean literally bully me out of no where. She made my life there a living hell. It got to a point where I would cry during my lunch hour and as i drove home every day. It had gotten so bad that one day as I was walking down the block with a coworker to get some lunch out of nowhere i just broke down of how stress and defeated i felt. Even after complaining to HR of how I was being singled out and bulled by being assigned extra work that was impossible to complete during my work hours. Being micromanaged EVERY single day and not being allowed to even wave hi to my coworkers or god forbid even have a small chat with anybody in the office because I was being watched and if gotten caught i would get yelled at. Yes it was that bad. The worst part was the frustration feeling I felt everyday in not being able to do anything about the situation because again Human Resources did absolutely nothing even with other coworkers of mine confirming to HR manager the bullying i was receiving from management. I felt hopeless and defeated because I was just a simple employee and had no power over upper management. This job literally broke me. It may sound like I'm exaggerating but I honestly am not. This is exactly the situation I went through working at this place. During those last few days working there I remember just feeling like a zombie, like if i was alive but dead at the same time. This caused me a lot of Trauma and I vowed never to work for anyone ever again or have anyone manage me because i don't wanna go through that hell again. That same year I left the company I seen that manager was let go a few weeks after. I wish I would have never worked here. It caused me so much trauma. It sucks.
