There is too much nepotism within the company. Managers are not in touch with employees on the frontline that are underpaid and undervalued. Staff is overworked and understaffed. There is a lot of favoritism that causes rifts between employees. Feedback only received if it is negative.

Radnet as a company doesn't pay enough for the work you do. Overworked & underpaid

They never gave me a raise. My experience was a good one working there. I had high performance reviews but when I asked for a raise things got a little strange. I only asked twice. Both times I was then assigned to less desirable location far from my home and regular assignment.

Poor management, unfair pay, will not advance psr to managers, CRA employee with same job title makes $65,000/year while ADV employee makes $37,000...same company

Unprofessional managers, short lunch, long hours.

-Pay is a joke..making 10+ less than what my colleagues from different companies were making doing the same job with the same experience -"Managers" are receptionists that worked their way up with no formal management training and most importantly no healthcare training. No support from them whatsoever and they have no idea what doing a tech's job involves -There are no checks and balances-it's basically a do as I say and don't question me mentality. -Severe micromanaging which is frustrating when you're the one who worked hard and went to school for what you're doing only to be micromanaged by someone who hasn't -Literally zero advancement opportunities for techs with absolutely no chance of a raise even after acquiring different boards and cross training I was warned by my school not to work for this company and I wish I had listened.

Benefits were a little expensive

-horrible upper management who only cares about numbers -horrible manager who doesn’t fight for his employees - NO RAISES AT ALL, whether it’s three month eval or one year eval. No evaluation at all they don’t care whether or not you’re doing good. -NO BREAKS, not even the 10 min breaks even though we are freaking entitled to our breaks by California law. - always overbooked - always falling behind -not enough ppe and disinfecting wipes -they only have latex gloves which a lot of patients are allergic to -a lot of mistakes done by the PSR -huge turnaround rate -no one disinfecting the doors, lockers, restrooms -too many patients and too many people in the office - no one checking temperatures because management things is useless enough tho employees asked if we can check temperature. Maybe they are lazy - horrible pre covid screening

There are not any downsides
