Pros

Plenty of work, free company apparel to promote their brand. Company is open 7 days a week.

Cons

Company doesn't care about work home life balance. Hourly wages are minimum wage at best, The company does not close early for Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and is open on New Year's Day- they just don't ever close their doors.... ever. It's work, work, work, work, work with supervisors calling you constantly on your days off to cover shifts.
